On February 8th the new planung & analyse (1/2012) hs been be published shedding light on the topic "Online, social, mobile - What's next?". The focus article was created in cooperation between Tanja Wulfert, market researcher at GIM and Andreas Woppmann, former Head of International Market Research at MAM Baby Articles GmbH Vienna.

Based on a case study which was conducted for MAM Baby, the authors will present their approach for an integrative quantitative and qualitative online research. For this purpose GIM's online research tool GIM Connect was used successfully. The flexible application possibilities of GIM Connect will be demonstrated in the article.
