Exploring the patient journey
The aim of the GIM Patient Journey is to explore and condense complex patterns of relationships between the various patients, their course of illness, the HCPs involved, and other influencing factors such as family or the internet, thus making them tangible for our clients.
In addition to the stories of those affected, it is important to understand the perspective of the caregivers (HCPs or relatives). Mood curves, typologies, or ethnographic elements are used to get to the bottom of deeper structures, emotions, and needs.
