A target group with great relevance - for today and tomorrow
Not only are children and young adults our customers of tomorrow, but also do they make many consumer decisions already and have specific expectations and needs. Furthermore, they have a significant impact on their parents’ behavior – whether it concerns everyday grocery shopping, expectations for services, how to spend free time, or long-term purchases.
When conducting research with children and young adults, a whole set of particularities must be kept in mind in order to achieve optimal results. The GIM Kids project team conducts interviews in child-appropriate settings, uses age-appropriate language and utilizes diverse tools and methods to ensure the conversations are action-oriented, engaging and motivating. Children feel at ease with us and personally experience that research can be fun!
Our methods portfolio for «Market research with children and young adults» includes parent-child interviews, friendship-conversations with two young friends, mini-focus groups, quantitative surveys, and workshops on product development. Our methods are therefore as diverse as the surveyed target group.
