The challenge

GIM set out to research future global developments in cities, in the mobility sector, and customer needs.

  • How will the traffic in megacities develop?
  • What regulations are likely to be put into place?
  • What role will cars play?
  • What effect will trends such as sustainability have on the automotive industry?
  • What are the expectations of the premium car customers of tomorrow regarding functionality and design?

The solution

A smart method mix to find adequate answers to all sub-questions:

Expert Talks & Desk Research:
Creating global development scenarios on the topic of mobility markets in metropolises like London, L.A., Tokyo, and Seoul through interviews with experts and background research.

Vision Labs & Think Tanks:
We gathered strategic visionaries, sustainability experts, designers, futurologists, and social-media experts at inspiring locations. The result: real breakthrough concepts!
